New active products from CosRx!
CosRx really has something for everyone! These three active new products target acne, mature skin and pigmentation. Three new products are making their debut with us this week so let's go through their contents, functions and recommended skin types!
Salicylic Acid Daily Gentle Cleanser
This is a gel-based cleanser for oily and acne-prone skin that deeply cleanses the skin, removing dirt and other impurities and unclogging pores.
The cleanser contains 0.5% salicylic acid which provides gentle exfoliation without being drying.
It is also enriched with tea tree oil, which is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and its effect on troubled and/or acne-prone skin. The product can be used both morning and evening.
The product is completely free of parabens, silicone, sulfates, mineral oils and drying alcohols.
Suitable for all skin types, especially oily acne-prone, or combination skin with pimples or blackheads.
Do this:
Apply a suitable amount to your hands and create a lather by adding a little water. Gently massage evenly over your face and rinse off with lukewarm water.
We recommend using an oil-based cleanser first to best remove both oil-based and water-based dirt and make-up.
Tip!
Try lathering up the cleanser with a little water and a brush in a bowl, brush the cleanser onto your face and let sit for 1-2 minutes and you've done a mild chemical peel at home. Then rinse off as usual.
Refresh AHA BHA Vitamin C Daily Toner
This is a thin, lovely toner for daily use that provides the skin with a lot of vitality and a nice refreshing feeling. Contains both AHA, BHA and Vitamin C which all help to improve the skin's texture and work for a more even skin tone. Gives luster and glow to dull skin.
The toner has a thin, refreshing and watery consistency that is suitable for all skin types. Mild but at the same time very effective.
Absorbs immediately into the skin, leaving it soft, smooth and prepared for subsequent skin care products.
Contains Niacinamide which contributes to elasticity and a more even skin tone.
Also formulated with Actinidia Chinensis (Kiwi) fruit extract and Hylocereus Undatus fruit extract.
Do this:
After cleansing, apply toner generously to a cotton pad and gently sweep over face, or apply directly to palms and pat into skin, avoiding the eye and mouth area.
Finish by gently pressing your palms evenly over your entire face for best absorption.
The Vitamin C 13 Serum
The Vitamin C 13 Serum is a concentrated serum that brings radiance and vitality to dull, dry and uneven skin, without irritating. It contains 13% stabilized, pure Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) that improves and evens out skin tone, reduces fine lines and has a deep moisturizing effect. It also has a pore-tightening effect and works for a more even skin tone.
This serum works for smoother and softer skin with a natural glow. It also contains Vitamin E, which together with Vitamin C boosts each other's properties.
Also contains hyaluronic acid and allantoin which soothe, moisturize and nourish the skin.
Note: For best shelf life, it is recommended to store this product in a cool, dark place, such as a refrigerator. Vitamin C is light sensitive and will lose its effectiveness over time if exposed to too much light.
Do this:
Apply to cleansed face after toner. Apply 2-4 drops to skin. Gently massage serum in with fingertips, starting from the center of the face and working outwards.
If you have a more sensitive skin type that does not tolerate or for other reasons does not want to use products with vitamin C or acids, we recommend that you check out these new products instead, which we think will suit you better! <3
